Onigiri - Yuzu Salmon Mayo

Grilled Salmon mixed with yuzu- a popular Asian citrus- flavored mayo inside triangular-shaped rice ball. Furikake- a Japanese rice seasoning- is mixed throughout the rice, and a thin slice of roasted Nori, seaweed, is wrapped along the bottom.
